• Zapier: for routing your enquiry from Meta into our internal systems
• Google: for storing enquiry details in a Google Sheet during the quote process
• Xero: if you become a client, we add your contact and invoicing details to our accounting system
• GoDaddy: our website host
• Microsoft (Outlook): our email provider

Some of these providers are based outside Australia (primarily the United States). By submitting your information, you consent to it being processed in those jurisdictions under the relevant provider's terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else without your consent, unless required by law.

6. How long we keep your information

• Enquiries that don't become clients: we keep prospect details for up to 24 months from your last contact, after which they are deleted.
• Active and past clients: we keep contact and project records as long as required for our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations under Australian law.
• Website analytics: Meta Pixel retains aggregated browsing data for up to 180 days. You can opt out of personalised Meta ads at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
